WHAT DOES THE WORK INVOLVE?
This is not telemarketing there is NO cold calling involved. You would handle INBOUND calls only that have been routed from the client's phone systems to your phone at your house. You will have the option to work in billing, sales or the tech department. You have the choice and pick the clients you would like to service. You will answer the call and service the customer while you are logged into the client's proprietary software on your computer. You will need a plain old telephone line (no voicemail or call waiting) and high-speed internet. You will work with the customer to resolve any concerns and provide them the information they need, then move on to the next call.
CAN I DO THIS FULL TIME?
The simple answer is, yes you can. You have the ability to earn anywhere from $9 an hour to $15 an hour depending on the client you choose to service. You will also be paid on performance and will receive incentives based on your performance. Once your background check is completed you will receive instructions on how to select a client, complete the voice assessment and the pre-assessment. Once you are qualified, you will enroll in their online training class.
WILL I BE YOUR EMPLOYEE?
Our team of virtual agents are independent contractors. Agents will receive 1099 for the prior year's compensation. Agents must pay all of there own taxes. There are quite a few tax perks for being an independent contractor. Check with your local tax advisor for more information regarding tax perks.
WILL I HAVE TO TAKE A BACKGROUND CHECK?
Both Arise and our clients have high standards. Client Support Professionals (CSPs) provide customer support services for each client and have access to confidential information; therefore a background check is required to ensure that each potential CSP’s identity is confirmed and free from criminal history. Felonies and misdemeanors that include fraud are not permitted.
HOW IS YOUR CALL CENTER DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS?
We have a unique call-center business model. All of our agents have the ability to select the client they want to provide services for and select their own schedule each week.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Create a profile with Arise at ariseworkfromhome.com. When asked, "how did you hear about us?" Select other from the drop-down and enter CSP ID 1067437. You will sign Arise's NDA then select contractor type "Agent Working For a Call Center."
Next, enter company IB ID 7 to submit a request to join our call center.
BACKGROUND CHECK
For the security of Arise clients and their customers, a background check is mandatory and includes a national criminal history search, a name, and Social Security Number verification, and a current address verification. After you have successfully completed the quick online registration process, you can get started by clicking on Start Now to start the background check which will cost $9.99. Your results can take 1-3 days then we will begin the qualification process so you can start working at home.
